Bacopa Monniera: It influences at least 30 bio-mechanisms in a positive way. It’s popular natural nootropic in Australia with people aging from 60 to 64 who are affected by dementia. It improves memory and it fixes damage neurons. Studies also show it has a positive effect against depression and mood.

Rhodiola Rosea: Improves audio-visual processing speed in the brain. It works best in combination with ginkgo biloba. It should also reduce fear, anger, depression.

L-Tyrosine: A well known dopamine precursor. Dopamine is very important for your mental reward-system en for your motivation

L-Theanine: The most effective way to improve GABA-neurotransmitters in your brain. GABA makes you feel more calm and is proven to have a positive effect on your ability to focus, hence why many monks use this.

Caffeine: You probaly already know what caffeine does and what not. It works better in combination with L-Theanine.

DMAE: There are not many convincing studies about DMAE and cognition enhancing, but It does promote better sleeping-quality.

Vitamin B-3, B-5 and B-12: B-vitamins help the uptake of nutritions and especially B-12 is good for cognition improvement.

Co-Enzyme NADH: NADH occurs naturally in the body and is used for improving mental clarity, alertness, concentration, memory, improving endurance and effective against fatigue

Bioperine: This comes from a pepper-plant. To be honest, we’ll have to research on this nootropic agent later. It’s a trade-marketed component. It should have some bio-enhancing features.
